Shipping is free for UK orders of £65 and over, or a flat fee of £5.50 for any orders under £65. We also offer a pick-up service (no charge) if you're local to St Albans and wish to collect your goods. We appreciate the flat fee may be expensive for small orders, but this is the simplest way of dealing with the shipment of diverse products such as those on this website, and the fee often fails to cover our costs. Delivery is typically 1-2 days after shipment, and shipment is the next business day following your order. Where possible we do recycle packaging materials, so your order may arrive in a previously used outer box.
